The Diagram above shows a correctly performed Epidural, with the needle 
above the Dura in the Epidural space (outside the spinal cord).  Where the
toxic pain killing fluid should be administered.

The diagram above shows a badly performed Epidural, 
with the needle inside the spinal cord, and the toxic pain killing
fluid being injected.  This then causes the devastating injury 
Adhesive Arachnoiditis producing intractable pain and organ dysfunction.
